CoinXu is a e-commerce platform founded by Bit Network
Technology Co., Ltd. (HK) with a headquarters in Hong
Kong and a technical team in Shenzhen. As the first ecommerce platform which succeed in ensuring the
security of payment with 2 of 3 Multisig, coinxu came
online on Mar 15th, 2014.

Mulitisig in coincola
1.each registered user has an auto-generated private key encrypted by
user’s password.
2.use seller, buyer, and coincola's public key to create a unique 2-of-3
multisig address for order payment.
3. coincola’s key can be used for arbitration.
Process of refund
1. Process of normal refund
step1: buyer apples for refund.
build the transaction from multi-sig address to refund address, signed by
buyer’s private key.
step2: seller approvals the refund.
sign the refund transaction by seller’s private key.
broadcast the transaction to Bitcoin network.
2. Process of disputed refund（arbitration).
step1: judge the refund according to proofs submit by both party.
step2: if the refund is approved, sign the refund transaction by
coincola’s private key, broadcast the transaction to Bitcoin network.
