Ganga deliverable 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 have each been delayed by four months.
PhenoGrid deliverable 3.5.7 has been delayed by 6 months.
Interoperability milestones 6.2.1 and 6.2.2 have been delayed to Oct/05 and
Jan/06 respectively

Some work needs to be done updating v26b described at GridPP12:
•
Provisional 20% increase in Hardware budget needs to be added
•
ADS planning is currently being re-done with better input.
•
Delay of 2005 hardware purchase needs to be included.
