Send to the Academic Affairs and Student Welfare Office :
1. Passport sized photo
2. Attested copies of High School Leaving Certificate (Lower &
Higher Secondary) mark sheets and other qualifications
3. Attested copy of passport copy
Valid for at least its intended course of study or for two years
4. Attested copy of the Police Clearance Certificate
Valid for no more than 6 months
Required Documents Cont.
5. Attested copy of the Bank letter stating that the student's sponsor
has the financial ability to support his/her living tuitions and
repatriation expenses
Valid for no more than 6 months
Letter must clearly state the amount of €4000 & state relationship with
the sponsor
Sponsor may only be father/mother/self
6. Attested copies of the blood test report (HIV Syphilis Hepatitis B C)
and the chest X ray report (TB)
Valid for 4 months
7. €85.43 visa fee
Non-refundable application fee
If all are submitted to University by August they will submit to
the Migration Authorities for approval
Arrival Checklist
Non-EU students must show the following at the
Immigration Authorities at Larnaca Airport:
1)
All above documents submitted during visa interview
2)
Original passport with original Entry Visa to Cyprus
3)
Cash and /or travelers´ checks for a minimum of €1600
4)
Open ticket valid for return to home country.

Grading System
Numerical and
Ranges from 0 to 10 by increments of 0.5.
Minimum passing grade is 5.0.
Grade Point Average calculated on the basis of the average
grades for all courses
Final GPA is recorded according to the following scheme:
"Excellent" (8.5 - 10) "Very Good" (6.5- 8.49) "Good" (5.0-6.49)
