TMview allows to search any trade mark
available in the participating European IP
offices, as well as WIPO and OHIM, free of
charge.

Project situation
• The first version will go live by the fourth quarter
of 2009 with the offices of: Benelux, the Czech
Republic, Denmark, Italy, Portugal, the UK,
WIPO and the OHIM.
• We are already in touch with the next phases’
offices to start their integration.
• By mid 2011, all offices should have joined.
