Damaged is a dented/compromised can
Melted chocolate is not considered damaged - store safely

Even exchanges – can for can, not dollar for dollar
Troop cannot exchange girl orders, only those that are not
‘applied’ to a girl. E.g. booth order, cupboard pickup, or
roundup cans.

ACH added to TNOS
Council will collect ONE payment from each troop.
Net of nuts, direct, online, & GOC.
Debit day of Dec. 7; nearly 3 weeks after the end of the
program – no excuse for not having funds in place.
Direct magazines are paid to the troop in October, and
not paid to Council until Dec. 7. Deposit it!
There is no ‘authorize’ function in TNOS – it will just
happen. Troops need to email Council of any issues to
head off NSF debits.
