Net of nuts, direct, online, & GOC Debit day of Dec. 7; nearly 3 weeks after the end of the program – no excuse for not having funds in place. Direct magazines are paid to the troop in October, and not paid to Council until Dec. 7. Deposit it! There is no ‘authorize’ function in TNOS – it will just happen. Troops need to email Council of any issues to head off NSF debits. Questions??? 2012 Fall Product Program Nut Wrap Up Page 23 Allocations, T2T, GOC NEW - Troop to troop are entered by the Service Unit. Gift of Caring are entered as “Care to Share” in TNOS. Allocations are clearly defined in the “Units not Applied” list. Be sure to correctly choose girl or troop responsibility. Record all girl payments to be sure each girl pays what she is responsible for. Recognitions will calculate automatically based on UNITS. Questions??? 2012 Fall Product Program QSP Wrap Up Page 23 Direct & Online Direct orders should have been entered Oct. 20. PSMs will be reconciling to send orders to QSP by mid Nov. No further changes should be entered. Direct Orders sent to PSM with Transmittal by Oct. 22. Detailed Order Reports emailed to girls/parents Nov. 19. Relay that report to TFPC by Nov. 20. Troop enters sales data into TNOS by Nov. 27. No need to forward DOR. PSMs will reconcile before the debit processing.
