Procedure Note Attestation process changes to meet updated
institutional requirements:
• The language for the choices for Attending Procedure Attestation
have been modified.
• The Attending now will have options to return or re-route the
document to another provider.
• For StarForm Procedure Notes:
• Process for attending attestation has been adjusted and no longer occurs
within the body of the StarForm.
• Please review the following slides that illustrate these important
documentation changes.
