Central County Occupational Center is a
vocational center providing career-technical
education for students to help jump-start
their career while earning 30 high school
credits
Classes are available in the morning OR the
afternoon
Transportation is provided for free to and
from all high school campuses
It is FREE to attend (some courses will
require uniforms which students must
purchase)

CCOC offers 30 different career courses in
the following categories:
Automotive Technology
 Business/Computers
 Community Services
 Construction
 Health Services
 Industrial Technology
 Visual Arts

Technical Schools
Wyotech, UTI, Heald, Cogswell, DeVry,
Art Institute, FIDM, etc.
 Attend 1+ years
 Receive training for a specific
occupation

– (i.e. auto mechanic, network associate,
dental hygienist)
Receive “certification” upon completion
 Many offer Associate and Bachelor
degrees in specific majors
