COMPLETED: • $400k+ budget increase for UC Counseling & Psychological Services • Expanded suite of free services for UC students, including 5 free individual counseling sessions per semester IN Government made $15,000 commitment to expand swipe accessibility to Papa John’s for part of Spring Semester 2015 as part of a pilot program IN PROGRESS: • Will investigate swipe equivalency for new UPDATES PUSHING BACK ON TUITION HIKES COMPLETED: • 2-year tuition freeze for in-state undergraduates and 4% annual growth in state funding (SSI) for UC announced by Ohio state legislature • Lobbying by Student Government and UC at the statehouse for tuition freeze & SSI increase • New fee approval process requires formal student input for any new college or ancillary fee affordability 24 Early
