In this example, we selected a 99/00 which is a U15 in the 2014-2015 seasonal year. On August 1, 2015 it will become a U16, of course it is still a 99/00. If you want a “U16” team for the fall and are making the team prior to 8/1, make it a U15 as the system will age up automatically on 8/1 to U16. If you need to add a team: 1. Click on the Team link and 2. Click Add team We strongly suggest you use the birth year (98/99) in the name. If you do the age will always be correct. Team accounts are controlled by club. Default settings will automatically restrict age changes and player changes. All can be controlled in bulk from the team list. • Use our online Registration system • Upload information from a spreadsheet • Manually enter player information The Club Extended program is optional. This is the one module we charge a fee. It allows: • Parents to register players with your club online • Electronic payments; credit card and echecks • Digital signatures on liability waivers… • Emailing to players and parents If you use paper registration or another online service you can upload players , create and amend team player lists with a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will require: •First name •Last name •Gender •Date of birth If you want the system to place players on teams you will also need: •Team name •Team gender (girls can play on boys teams) •Team age Don’t worry, it’s just a file type (comma, separated values) Just click on “Save as” in Excel and select CSV Go to the player tab and click on Upload players, then click the Browse or Choose file button and find the file on your computer and upload the file In the Player area: 1. Click on Create Player 2. Enter the player information press Save 3. You can even assign a team There are several ways to assign players to teams, we showed using a spreadsheet, here we show assigning players directly. We: 1. 2. 3. 4. Selected a gender and age group Selected not rostered players Selected the players Assigned them to a team Coach and manager accounts can be added via: – Upload – Individually – Online Registration Creating a Coach/Manager Account Fill out Basic Info An Email is Automatically Sent •The message can be customized •It contains the username and password •And the link to the login page •Send log in information •Paste from Word •Change the sender •Send links… As the coach see’s it: 1. Update Contact Information 2. Complete the Background check Submitting a Background Check 1. Go to the Team area 2. Click on a Team Name 1. Select a coach from the dropdown 2. Only Approved coaches will appear “Registration” = Telling your state these players will be playing this seasonal year and what competitive level they will play This is not the process of carding and rostering players.
