Language Requirements
 If you fly international ops, you need to comply with language
requirements
 This is a safety issue, so dates will not be pushed back
 We need to keep the momentum
 But we recognize the challenge of implementation
 We are here to help!
– We are asking States for detailed, transparent implementation plans
– We are developing criteria for language testing endorsements (Jan 2011)
– Endorsements to start in April 2011
