• Florida Statute 475.17: Qualification for Practice
• Exemption for Pre-License course will be changed
to 4-year degree in real estate or higher
• Effective date July 1, 2015 (pending rule change)

• Florida Statute 475.183: Inactive Status
• There will now be a 6 month hardship for licensees
to come back from null and void.
• Hardship will be for both post-license and failure to
complete the 28 hour reactivation course
• Hardship will be defined by rule.
• Effective date July 1, 2015 (pending rule change)
