Preparing
 Contact club president.
 Establish and build rapport.
 Request program time in advance.
 Ask what will be featured at the meeting.
 Check submission of membership dues.
 Be familiar with the names of club officers.
 Ask if the club needs help or has any concerns.
 Ask the club president to schedule some time
after the meeting.
