If approved, our waiver would extend into the 2014-15 school year. Submitted April 15, 2014 Kansas State Department of Education www.ksde.org Respond to our current conditional “high risk” status Involves Principle 3 of our waiver. How Kansas chooses to use student growth as a significant factor in teacher/leader evaluations. Positive response/progress with the USDE Submitted our response on January 27, 2014 and are waiting on a response.
