– Added products meeting new federal standards
• MRO Electrical and Safety Equipment
– Renewed electrical equipment (Mayer Electric) for three years,
through November 13, 2012
– Allowed the safety equipment award (Medical & Safety Supplies) to
expire. Safety equipment items are now available on the WSCA MRO
(Grainger) contract.
• Can Liners
– STC expires December 31, 2009. Renewal in process.

process.

• Implemented ACS under Federal Acquisition Services BPA
Situational Awareness Incident Response (SAIR) Software. Same
program as data at rest software. Lori Potts, 487-4198
• Solicitations in Development/Review
– Printers and Multi-Function Copiers – Need focus group development
specs. Still need evaluators.
– IT Disaster Recovery – SunGard renewal approved for another year.
Focus group to convene with commitment from AEIT and PDCs.

– Current state contract will end January 31, 2010. The same product
specifications as existing STC as well as additional test kits will be
provided by RESPECT thereafter. Meets all federal and state
specifications. RESPECT is available now for orders.
• Property Insurance Program
– Crime Insurance Policy is currently under ITB
– Aviation Policy Renewed
– Fine Art – Outdoor Renewed
• P-Card Platform ITN
– No award was made directly with a platform.
