Taking your needs in consideration we select our staff by following method with help of Selection panel of Director, HR/Admin. Manager and Operation Manager:      We ask them for their Residential Address Proof, Identity Proof, Ration cards, and School Leaving Certificates etc. for Birth Date and Address verifying purpose.

Their Family Backgrounds.

Police Verification.

Their Work experience.

We use to have at least 2 references from the person knowing them.



Manpower Training:-

We have experienced Operation Manager with Executive Staff for the Training purpose. It works in following manner: 

We train them in Organizational Behavior.



We train them in having Safety and Health precautions.



We train them in Cleaning Machine Operations and Cleaning Consumables.



We train them in maintaining working premises should be neat and clean.



Labor Audit: -

To give you tension free services we have periodic surprise visits of our expertise panel team members visits to your site for checking and confirmation of the system Implementation done at your site. The other view behind this is to check for statutory compliance and Labor Laws. 

On site Capital Investments:-

The capital Investments for Cleaning Equipments to be used at site will mutually agreed and borne by SN. The Cleaning Equipments will exclusively used on daily basis in client’s premises.



Cleaning and Human Consumables:-

To achieve the goal set for satisfactory housekeeping we provide necessary Cleaning and Human Consumables to the client which are Branded one.



Safety Equipments:-

To take care of the persons deployed by us at Client’s site we provide them Safety Shoes, Helmets etc. to the employees.



Dress Code:-

To make uniformity in work we believe in Dress Codes. We provide good looking Dress code to our employees.



No Sub-Contractors or Sub-contracting Jobs :-

The staff personnel are deployed on site at the client’s premises will be under the direct employment of S N ENTERPRISES. All the labor statutory benefits will be recorded and paid by. S N ENTERPRISES, directly.
