• How can you maximize your strengths and
put them into use?
• Do you have a desire to learn a particular
thing, like dancing, trading, new
technologies
• Could this be strength? Yes, the desire
alone is strength.

Example - if you're a great mathematician
& the people around you are great at math,
then this is not likely to be a strength in
your current role, it is likely to be a need.

• You need to be truth to yourself here, if
you are serious about making any
substantial progress.
• There is a popular saying that the first step
to solving a problem is to accept that the
problem exist.
• Could your weakness be laziness? Or lack
of patient to see your progress? Or Lack of
self discipline etc.

to see as weaknesses?
• Again, think this from a personal & external
basis: Do other people perceive weaknesses

as soon as possible.

also to look at your strengths and ask over
yourself whether these open up any chance.
Alternatively, look at your weaknesses and
ask yourself whether you could open up
opportunities by eliminating them.

• Opportunities are possibilities that are
open to a student so he can try to make
the most of strengths and minimize
difficulties resulting from weaknesses.
They could include strategies to utilize
learning style preferences or interests to
maximum advantage or ways to
incorporate things that motivate and
engage to maintain greater focus.

threat to you?
• Is it the fear of failure?
• Or lack of required skills?
• Or lack of required financial resources?
