Setting the Reference ID field in ecomdash
Once you have set up your inventory in ecomdash, you are ready to
create mappings if you use different SKU numbers on different sales
channels.
In ecomdash, I have SKU number: 716 for my product

On my Amazon Seller Central account, I have my SKU
number 555 set for the same product

On my eBay seller account, I have my SKU number (custom label) set
to 222 for the same product

In ecomdash I have a 1 product with SKU Number 716 but on Amazon my SKU is 555 and
eBay my SKU is 222.
In order for ecomdash to make a match for this product on the different sales channels, the
reference ID field needs to be mapped to match the SKU numbers on your sales channels.

From the previous image, the reference ID’s are circled in red and do not match
the SKU numbers that I have set on my eBay and Amazon sales channel. Next, I
will change eBay’s reference ID to match the custom label that is set on eBay:

Once that is complete, I will then change my Amazon reference ID
to match the SKU number that is set on Amazon
