Understanding the System: Support for HIB-ITP Data Entry [email protected] 1 As a result of this training, participants will understand how to: Access the Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying-Investigations, Trainings and Programs (HIB-ITP) data collection system; Enter HIB investigations, trainings and programs into the HIB-ITP; Edit and delete HIB-ITP data; and Enter HIB-ITP data for official submission. 2 Access to HIB-ITP A district-level EVVRS account is required. School-level EVVRS users cannot access HIB-ITP. The Homeroom Administrator establishes accounts for staff that require access to HIB-ITP. HIB incidents that have been affirmed (i.e. found to be HIB by the board of education) must be entered in the HIB-ITP system as the “Number of HIB incidents affirmed” and also as HIB in the EVVRS. IMPORTANT! The number of affirmed HIB incidents in the HIB-ITP system must match the number of affirmed HIB incidents reported in the EVVRS.
