User Interface

• MasterPlex QT 2.0 has entirely new user interface while maintaining the overall ease of use which was a strength of version 1.0.

• Version 2.0 is focused on accommodating cross plate analyses with new, intuitive sets of interfaces.

• Version 2.0 works faster, easier and looks better.

Template Creation

• Template creation is easier than ever.

• Non-adjacent wells can now be selected.

• Backward compatible with templates from version 1.0.

• Additional well group type has been added for “Control Wells.” • Dilution for unknowns can now be specified.

• The three-step quick analysis is still available for reduced work load in template creation.

Calculations

• Treat replicate standards as individual points or average them.

• Calculate Mean, Standard deviation and %CV for standard and unknown replicates.

• Apply weighting to offset heteroscedasticity and increase sensitivities in lower ranges.
