We expect recovery, but broadcast remains challenging

 In H1 2009, Global broadcast advertising shrank by 28%  Much of this advertising —more than half—will not return or will move to on-line media  The Euro-centric 2009 IABM survey of broadcast manufacturers predicts only limited recovery in 2010  Taxpayer revolt and governmental pressures are reducing capital budgets for State Networks 
