Trident is a three wheeler, commuter tricycle tricar. is the ideal low cost, low maintenance, low to no emission
vehicle for Government offices such as police departments for parking and patrol, electric companies, mail and
courier work, fast food deliveries, hospitals, campus and resort etc, etc . Similarly they are the ideal
transportation for mums to run to the store or pick up the kids from school rather than using the large gas
guzzling family car, without the hazards of riding a motor bike.
It can travel up to 150 kilometers on dual fuel or the Hybrid CNG/LPG and electric/four stroke CNG/LPG that can
do around 800 kilometers (500 miles). Gasoline and diesel powered motor vehicles generate almost 25% of the
pollutants responsible for climate change. Driving a Trident helps reduce the amount of CO2 and greenhouse
gases. A step in the right direction doing our bit to fight Global Warming, Congestion, and Energy Efficiency.

To assemble in Subic tax free / economic zone , the Fabulous Trident Hot Shot both full electric model and the
Gasoline / LPG models

Cost to manufacture body approximately USD1,000

Cost to produce and assemble electrical system including batteries USD 1,000

Current cost of a two stroke Philippine Trike approximately USD 2,195

Intended retail for all electric Hot Shot $2,750 to $3,000

Ideal profit per unit retail $500.00 per vehicle , net wholesale profit $250.00 per unit

Asian Dragon has positioned itself to obtain an order from the Philippine Government in conjunction with land
Bank Philippines for a minimum order of $ 25,000 (initially) with possible orders over 100,000 per year including
private sales (non Government)

25,000 x $500.00 = $12,500,000. Retail

Wholesale to Asian Dragon at $250.00 per vehicle + 6,250,000

Cost to establish production facility (4 lines producing 500 per month per line) in Subic $500,000 includes
assembly lines , equipment and rental for first 12 moths

Asian Dragon require total investment of $500,000. We request interested investors to send us on letterhead that
they are ready, willing and able to invest $500,000. With this we will request the Government to provide us an
order for minimal quantity of 25,000 units over “say” two years . Upon release of this letter from the Government
we would require full investment from partner .
