Drive private cars in the night
Travel in private cars after a full days shift
Drive at high speed
Travel long distances whilst tired

After Ramadan, many people forget in the
excitement that:
• Their bodies are weakened from fasting
• Their normal daily energy cycles are altered
Remember, excitement does not mean that you
can overcome tiredness.
Driving whilst tired can be fatal.

• PLAN: your journey and allow sufficient time.
• WEAR: your seatbelts and ensure all your passengers also do
• OBEY: the Traffic Rules-do not speed.
• NO: overtaking at congested roads.
• AVOID: driving at night-when the risks are higher.
• NO: using Mobile while driving.
