Arbetsinstruktion för bussningsverktyg nr: 1090-54-12

Demontering:
Viktigt! Tryckrör 1090-54-12-003 placeras med
den spårade sidan mot hjulspindeln och vrids tills
ojämnheterna i hjulspindeln ligger i spåren,
montera demonteringshylsa 1090-54-12-001 mot
bussningen enligt bilden, skruva på M14 muttern
på dragstången och pressa ur bussningen.

Montering:
Tryckrör 1090-54-12-003 placeras med den släta
ytan mot mothållsring 1090-54-12-004.
Viktigt! Den höga flänsen på mothållsringen skall
möta bussningens stålhylsa.
Placera bussningen samt gummidamasken i
mothållsringen, monteringshylsa 1090-54-12-002
som mothåll samt M14 mutter enligt bilden och
pressa in bussningen.

Dismounting:
Important! Place press pipe 1090-54-12-003
with the grooves toward the wheel spindle and
turn it until the uneven surface of the spindle fit
in the grooves, mount dismounting socket
1090-54-12-001 toward the bushing (see
picture), tighten the M14 flange nut onto the
carriage beam and press out the bushing.
Mounting:
Place press pipe 1090-54-12-003 with the even
surface towards holding ring 1090-54-12-004.
Important! The high flange on the holding ring
should press against the bushings steel housing.
Place the bushing and protective rubber in the
holding ring, mounting socket 1090-54-12-002 as
a holder and the M14 flange nut like the picture.
Press the bushing in place.

Ausbau:
Wichtig! Das Druckrohr 1090-54-12-003 mit der
gerillten Seite zum Achsschenkel hin positionieren
und drehen, bis die Unebenheiten des
Achsschenkels in den Rillen liegen. Ausbauhülse
1090-54-12-001 wie abgebildet an der Buchse
montieren, die M14-Mutter auf die Zugstange
schrauben und die Buchse herauspressen.
Einbau:
Das Druckrohr 1090-54-12-003 mit der glatten
Fläche am Gegenhaltering 1090-54-12-004
positionieren.
Wichtig! Der hohe Flansch am Gegenhaltering
muss auf die Stahlhülse der Buchse treffen.
Buchse und Gummimanschette im Gegenhaltering,
Einbauhülse 1090-54-12-002 als Gegenhalt sowie
die M14-Mutter wie abgebildet positionieren und
die Buchse hineinpressen.
