Nordax Finans increases bonds maturing March 2016
Nordax Finans AB (publ) has increased its bonds maturing in March 2016 with a coupon of 3 month Stibor + 3.00% to a new total outstanding amount of
SEK 500 mn, which is the maximum limit.
The increase was lead managed by ABG Sundal Collier and amounts to SEK 125 mn at a discount margin of 3 month Stibor + 2.75%.
The bonds were targeted at Swedish institutional investors and will be listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm.
