What can I use parcel boxes for?
You can use our automated parcel boxes to collect parcels
and return goods. The parcel boxes are located in places such
as department stores, train stations and universities – where
it is most convenient for you.
When can I use parcel boxes?
–– You can use parcel boxes when you want to collect your
parcel. To collect your parcel from a parcel box you have
to choose parcel box as a delivery point when you place
your order at the time of purchase.
–– You can use the parcel boxes when you want to return your
parcel. In order to return your parcel in a parcel box you need
a return shipping label from PostNord. The parcel box will
not accept shipping labels from Bring, Schenker, DHL etc.
Where can I find the parcel boxes?
You can easilly find the parcel boxes located at your nearest
shopping mall, rail way station etc. For more information please

Which parcel sizes are allowed for delveries to parcel boxes?
The parcel boxes have boxes/trays/drawers in the following sizes:

The parcel will be delivered to a parcel box provided that it
weighs a maximum 20 kg and fits any of the boxes S, M, L or XL.

I ordered my parcel to a parcel box but my notification tells
me to collect my parcel at an agent?
If you have to pick up your parcel at an agent instead it can be
for one of the following reasons:
–– There were no available boxes for your parcel
–– The parcel box is is exposed to damage
–– The parcel does not fit any sizes of the boxes or there are
no boxes in the appropriate size.
–– You asked to pay your goods C.O.D
Can I buy postage or send a parcel from the parcel box?
No, the parcel box offers no pay services or possibilities to send/
collect postage parcels. The parcel box only handles shipping
labels from PostNord Logistics MyPack and MyPack Return.
What can I send from the parcel boxes?
–– Du kan endast returnera paket från automaten. Din retur
You can only return parcels from the box. You don´t have
to collect your parcel from a parcel box in order to return
it at a box, but you need a return shipping label.
–– The return shipping label must be of PostNord Logistics
(MyPack return 24) origin
–– You will be given a valid return shipping label at the time
of the purchase, or in an other way from your e-commerce
supplier.
Can I collect my Posten parcel at a parcel box?
PostNord only offers parcels from MyPack for distribution
to/from a parcel box
I am trying to order a delivery to a parcel box but I can only
choose delivery to my home address?
Between first of September 2014 and first of September 2015
we will evaluate parcel boxes as an alternative to traditional
delivery points. During this period only a few of our customers
will be offered the possibility to collect parcels from parcel boxes.
I have lost/erased my notification pincodes.
If you have lost your pincode/notification a reminder will be sent
within three days. The reminder will be sent to the mobile number
or e-mail given by you at the time of purchase. You will not be sent
any notification by mail when ordering to a parcel box.
I have changed my mobile number or e-mail address after
I requested delivery to parcel box.
If you changed your mobile number or changed your e-mailaddress after ordering parcel delivery to a parcel box you have
to contact your e-commerce supplier to receive new pincodes/
notifications.
My pincodes do not work and/or I cannot collect my parcel?
If, for some reason, the pincodes do not work when you try to
collect your parcel, please contact PostNord Customer Service.

No door opens when I try to collect my parcel?
If something is wrong when collecting or returning parcels,
please contact PostNord Customer Service for parcel boxes.
What happens if the door to a specific box closes
before I collect my parcel?
Your pincode is valid ten minutes after your first attempt. If the
door is closed before you collect your parcel you can enter
the pincode once again. The door will re-open. If you have
other difficulties collecting your parcel from the parcel box
please contact PostNord Customer Service.
Who is responsible if my parcel disappears from
the parcel box?
–– As long as PostNord is transporting or holding the parcel,
PostNord is also responsible for theft or lost of parcel.
–– The responsibility tranfers to you if you depute your
pincode to a third party or start to use the pincode in the
parcel box when collecting your parcel.
Can I send someone else to collect my parcel at
parcel box?
Yes. Your pincode is personal but you decide whom to give
them to. Remember that the responsibility transfers to you
as a recipient when the pincode has been used in the parcel
machine and the parcel is collected.
Do I need identification to collect my parcel
from parcel box?
All you need to collect your parcel is your pincode from your
notification. Follow the instructions at the parcel box.
My parcel is broken or damaged.
–– If you have questions regarding your parcel or want to reclaim
your parcel due to damages, we ask you to go to your nearest
agent. Please note that PostNord only takes responsibility
for damages concerning packages or transport related
questions. If you have complaints concerning the content
of your parcel, please contact your e-commerce supplier.
–– If you have questions concerning your parcel, the transportation, or want to know where the closest agent is, please
contact PostNord Customer Service.
