Cerasus Avium ? Quelle est
l’histoire de sa création ?
Notre société CERASUS AVIUM, filiale
du GROUPE SLB a vu le jour en 2007,
dès l’entrée de la Roumanie dans
l’Union Européenne.
Basé à Bucarest, nous nous sommes
spécialisés, par le biais de notre marque (Eastern
Forest®), dans la gestion et l’achat de forêts
européennes et nous nous sommes adaptés à ces
nouveaux marchés.
Notre structure compte de nombreux partenaires qui
ont délocalisé leurs activités en Roumanie ou dans
les pays voisins.
Pouvez-vous nous détailler ses rôles et ses
missions ?
Les conditions actuelles, notre expérience, notre
professionnalisme, nos différents partenaires et la
solidité de notre Groupe nous permettent de proposer
un investissement serein en Roumanie.
De plus, nous accompagnons nos investisseurs à
hauteur de 20 % du capital et cela dans chaque
société roumaine créée. Cela renforce notre
confiance quand à l’investissement proposé.
Quels sont vos grandes réalisations et projets ?
5 sociétés ont été créées, depuis 2007, pour attirer
des investisseurs, en direct, au travers d’une société
de droit roumain ;
Une structure « SL FOREST EUROPE INVEST » de
droit français permet aux investisseurs, à partir de
20 000 €, d’entrer dans une SAS (Société par Action
Simplifiée) de titre de participations à capital variable,
qui détient une société de droit roumain à 100 %
(Quercus Alba).
Cet investissement forestier permet d’acquérir
des massifs forestiers de bonne qualité et à haut
rendement.
Aujourd’hui, grâce à une équipe efficace, productive
et professionnelle, nous gérons 1 500 ha de forêts
roumaines.
En outre, nous sommes accompagnés d’experts
forestiers indépendants, de juristes ainsi que
d’experts-comptables français et roumains dans le
but de sécuriser les investissements.

les années à venir ?

Notre but est d’attirer de nouveaux investisseurs
européens via un fonds luxembourgeois qui leur sera
dédié, et ainsi de profiter de la croissance des pays
voisins.
Grâce à notre organisation actuelle et « future », nous
pourrions gérer jusqu’à 10 000 ha de forêts !

Can you introduce Cerasus
Avium to us? What is the history
of its creation?
In 2007, the company CERASUS AVIUM,
a subsidiary of the SLB GROUP, was
founded when Romania joined the
European Union. Our headquarters are
located in Bucharest.
Through our brand (Eastern Forest ®), we specialize
in the management and purchase of European
forests and we adapt to new markets.
In addition, we are able to work with many partners
who have relocated their activities to these
countries.
Can you explain your missions?
Current conditions, our experience, our professionalism, our partners and the strength of our Group
allow us to offer reasoned investments in Romania.
In addition, we assist our investors by up to 20 % of
the capital in every Romanian company created. This
strengthens and confirms our confidence in the
offered investment.
What are your greatest achievements and
projects?
• Five companies have been created since 2007 to
attract investors, directly through a Romanian company.
• “SL FOREST EUROPE INVEST“ under French law
allows investors from € 20,000 to enter a SAS
(simplified joint stock company) with title holdings
of variable capital participations. The holding owns
a company under Romanian law of up to 100%
(Quercus Alba).
This forest investment allows the acquisition of
high-quality high-efficiency forests.
Today, thanks to our effective, efficient and professional team, we manage 1,500 ha of Romanian
forests.
Also, independent forestry experts and lawyers, as
well as French and Romanian accountants are
working with us in order to secure the investments.
What is your growth strategy for the coming
years?
Our goal is to attract new European investors via a
Luxembourg fund, in order to take advantage of the
growth of neighboring countries.
