Gerald W. Blume is General Counsel, Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. He
also serves as Associate General Counsel of The Rockefeller Group, the parent company. Mr. Blume joined the company in 1990, and during his tenure with The Rockefeller
Group he has accepted increasing responsibility and has played a significant role in a
number of important transactions. Prior to joining The Rockefeller Group, Mr. Blume
was an Associate at the New York City law firm of Willkie Farr Gallagher.
Gerry has been an Urban Pathways Board member since 1992. From 1996-2000 he
served as Board President and more currently as President Emeritus. He has been instrumental in the
growth of Urban Pathways, particularly with the development of seven new supportive housing residences.
He has been a key member of the Board, serving as a mentor through its expansion of both members and
responsibilities.

provided multi-year support for a job training initiative, served as a major sponsor for the annual Gala The
Benefit to End Homlessness and provides a line of credit for housing development activities.
