Contract Hire Company. Our wealth of experience and knowledge in everything Nissan is supported with the personal
service you would expect from your local Nissan dealer.
Our dedicated Fleet Centre based in Birmingham oversees
the sale, progression and final delivery of approximately
6,000 vehicles per annum. In addition, the team has access
to a large stock of cars and vans at any one time ensuring
that we can fulfil all orders as quickly as possible.
Our Fleet Centre is backed up with the full support of a
dedicated PDI Centre in Manchester as well as our network
of 15 dealerships nationwide.
Our Business Customers can choose from our outstanding
range of the latest Nissans, which includes city cars such
as the Micra and Note, the popular crossovers Juke and
Qashqai, the 100% electric LEAF and 4x4s such as X-Trail,
Navara and the new Pulsar hatchback. Our commercial
vehicles include NV200, NV400, and NT400 Cabstar vans
together with the exciting new 100% electric e-NV200 van.

At West Way Nissan our Dealer Management System
is based on the industry leading Kerridge software with
integration into our CRM, CSI and Workshop (RTC)
systems. We also operate 1Link and Ebbon Dacs Leaselink
with dedicated teams manning the systems constantly
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm, assuring you of a
professional response at all times.

The West Way Nissan Fleet Sales Team consists of 2 Key Account Executives who
are all fully trained on 1Link and Ebbon Dacs Leaselink. All fleet customers are
assigned a dedicated Key Account Executive with full backup support.
Individual specialities within the team include;

The Administration Team consists of 3 full time Sales Administrators who ensure that all fleet orders are progressed from initial
order stage through to delivery into our PDI Centre before handing over to the Logistics Team. The team is responsible for raising
invoices upon request and dispatching all relevant paperwork such as AFRL and sale documentation.
The Logistics Team consists of 2 dedicated Logistics Controllers. The team works with a number of key logistics providers who offer
both car-driven and large vehicle transporter options. All logistics drivers are regularly trained so that they meet the recognised West
Way standards and are evaluated to ensure our logistic providers meet and exceed all Service Level Agreement criteria.
