▶ Create Site Columns
If Wiki and you want cross-linking within the text, column
type is: “Full HTML content with formatting and constraints
for publishing”
▶ Create Content Type(s)
Parent: Enterprise Wiki
Add site columns
Flexibility consideration: Do you want a CT that has a
standard set of columns, then children for different user
groups with custom columns?

Open Enterprise Wiki Layout Page > Copy ALL code > Paste
