Write assignments daily Homework Monday-Thursday: At least 20 minutes of independent reading and journal entry Monday-Thursday: Math packets given each Monday, but will be graded daily together (1 sheet per night) 2-4 days a week: Science, social studies or health Book Project due at the end of each six weeks Spelling Homework and tests every two to three weeks

Office Phone – 817-815-7000 Planner/Written Notes Students will be provided with a planner to record assignments and chart their daily behavior.
This is an excellent source of communication, therefore consequences will be given if the planner is not signed by a parent or guardian daily.

2 packages of notebook paper 2 ball point pens/ blue or black 1 box of markers 4 composition notebooks 2 spiral notebooks 2 dozen #2 pencils 6 pocket folders 2 boxes of tissues 2 packages of construction paper Scissors Glue Flash drive if possible (helpful when saving projects) Pencil box/bag if needed

Grading Policy
Your child may turn in missing/late work by the end of the six weeks for a maximum grade to a 70%.
If your child earns a grade below a 70%, then he or she can redo the assignment for up to a 70%, but this does not apply to
math and reading tests.
