Value Proposition provide sufficient clarity and guidance to
enable dialogue on strategic focus?

Breakout 2 – Projects & Activities
• What projects and activities should be in the IAESB’s
proposed SWP?
• Definitions
• IAESB Projects are defined as projects that require a
project proposal and approval by the Education Board
• IAESB Activities are defined as activities that do not need
the Education Board’s approval, but are performed with
the aim to improve the Board’s stature, or increase
awareness IAESB pronouncements (e.g., Conference
presentations, meetings with government agencies)
