O To enhance your life in some way.
Types of Goals
O Long Term Goals: 1 year and beyond O Short Term Goals: 2 to 11 months O Immediate Goals: 1-30 days

the drive within you to accomplish a goal or task drive that comes from someone else or an external stimulus
Smart Goal Setting O O O O O Specific Measurable Action Orientated Realistic and relevant Time Based O Smart goal setting is an excellent way to stay on task and to complete your goals!
Specific O Goals should be clear and to the point.
Measurable O You should be able to answer very specifically, when and how you will know you attained your goal. O A measurable goal provides a time frame and a foreseeable outcome.
Achievable O Goals must be achievable O Too high, you will not be able to achieve them O Too low, you might not gain satisfaction
REALISTIC
O Must be relevant & important to you O C hallenging yourself O You want to aim high
Timely O Include specific deadlines

Why Goals Fail
