Workplace Challenge
 Run from 0k to 5k in 12 weeks
 Link in with running groups / clubs to provide qualified leaders or encourage
a staff member to become qualified. Course cost £155
 Leader will support and encourage runners to develop from 0k to 5k in 12
weeks using the Run England programme.
 Build runners level of fitness to run for longer each week by taking part in
two sessions a week.
 Sessions can be before work, lunchtime or after work.

Workplace Challenge
 Run for Fun at Lunch
 Link with a running group that is already set up or look to train a staff
member to become a leader. Course cost £155
 Sessions can be combined with running for 30 minutes, speed and interval
training, hill training and physical preparation to strengthen core muscles to
run for longer and faster.
 The session will be based around fun and is for those that would like to run
with a group and potentially past the beginner level.

Workplace Challenge
 AthleFIT
 Indoor / outdoor session based on fun circuit training
 Incorporates elements of run, jump and throw
 Can be a 30 – 40 minute session
 Sessions can be linked with already trained AthleFIT leaders or train up a
staff member who might have a national governing body level 1 in any sport
or fitness instruction.
 This is a course that can come to your workplace and will only cost £15 per
person with a minimum of 8 people on the course.

 Parkrun
 Groups can be linked to the park runs in Hertfordshire where a monthly
meeting at a park run for those that are building up to 5k or would like to run
time trials to see how they have developed from the running sessions.
