Manager or Employee updates assessment and meets throughout year. 1 Manager or Employee meet throughout year to discuss performance and update/revise goals, as needed, in ePerformance tool. Employee updates form in ePerformance tool and sends back to Manager for discussion. Expectation Setting Performance Conversations Throughout Year Manager and Employee meet to discuss and determine job responsibilities, goals and competencies. (iterative process) Manager and employee acknowledge evaluation in ePeformance tool. 3 Manager updates assessment based on conversation with Employee, completes assessment and assigns a fivepoint rating in ePerformance tool. 2 Manager or Employee update form in ePerformance tool. Manager approves form. Performance Assessment Manager completes assessment and makes necessary changes to form in ePerformance tool and sends to employee. Employee completes selfassessment in ePerformance tool and sends to Manager to discuss.
