Infinite Campus replaces SBClient, Pinnacle, IEP Anywhere, PSW
Behavior and School Messenger
The advantages to having Infinite Campus host all of the above
programs, is real time data and ease of access to it all
After our first year of record keeping in Infinite Campus, you will be able
to view previous years data

Basic Views from Infinite Campus
The “Landing” screen is your

clicking on other options, click on your
name to get back to the “Landing” page.
The INDEX tab/task pane is where
all of the options are available to
you.

When you click on GENERAL
under Student Information the
SEARCH tab opens where you
can select whose information you
want to see. This is a read-only
view – no changes can be made
here.
Notifications from
Behavioral Referrals will
show here
Available search options are:
Student / Staff / All People
(includes students, parents &
staff) / Course/Section (can see
class roster with demographic
data) / Household
Advanced Search allows you to enter
more criteria (ex: select all 6th
graders). Create and save a filter for
frequent searches.
Simply type in the first few
letters of the last name or the
Student ID # and press GO or click Advanced Search
If there is an option on the INDEX that the Principals agree as a whole is not
needed, it can be removed from the Index view.

When you click on the students name from the search, the Summary tab with all of the
students demographic/contact information appears as well as several other informative tabs

The Enrollment Status Report displays all enrollment
information for a certain student within a certain calendar.
The Enrollment SUMMARY Report will list a breakdown
of enrollments grouped by grade, gender and race.
Certain outside test results can be
loaded into Infinite Campus and
reports can be generated from the
TEST RESULTS REPORT that
match the criteria selected.
Examples:
• OAA
•OGT
• STAR
• 3GG
• & others if possible …
Filters include grade, state test,
subject, district test, passed, failed,
missing, best test score, average,
exempt, high and low scores.

Open Rooms
Lists the rooms that are not scheduled
with a course section for the term and
corresponding period.
Master Schedule
Lists detailed information about each section in a schedule.
The report lists roster counts by gender and SpEd, section
placement, team, room and teacher.

Displays what course sections meet in
each term and period for each room.

The Section Rosters Report allows you to generate course
section rosters in batch form for each teacher or course
selected.

The Teacher Load Report summarizes teachers’ utilization
and includes the number of classes, sections, periods (excluding
non-instructional periods), students, Special Ed students, the total
number of unique students they taught.
The Staff History Report provides a list of
Courses and Course Sections and assigned Primary
Teachers, Teachers and Section Staff based on the
effective date entered on the Report Editor.

COURSE MASTER
The Grade Book Usage Report is designed to track how well teachers are maintaining their
grade books. This report is for administrator use and will list data for selected teachers during a
specified date range.
When you click on the Course Master Option, it brings you
to the SEARCH tab.

User Notices provide a way to
announce upcoming events, the
daily school bulletin, district
happenings, etc. Any user that logs
into the Campus application will see
the user notices. Portal users can
also view user notices if the district
so chooses. These notices are
separated into District Notices and
School Notices.
Publish to Campus – visible to
other district staff in the School
or District Notices section of the
landing page.
STICKY – displays at the top of
the list of messages with a small
PUBLISH TO PORTAL – visible
to parents/guardians and
students when they log into the
Portal
After creating a User Notice, it will
appear on the Landing page under
School Notices

Allows the school to designate which locker
combination is active for the school year. Also may
be used to set all lockers to a particular
combination sequence, either for lockers buildingwide or for a particular locker location and to shuffle
combinations among lockers.
Provides the school with the ability of assigning lockers to students en masse with
the ability to schedule more than one student to a locker if shared.

Administrative tools available for the
maintenance of student lockers include the
ability to end student lockers, schedule student
lockers and rotate locker combinations. Reports
are also available that will print student locker
assignments, a list of lockers not in use and
students who do not have lockers assigned.

This report returns a summary of successful
access attempts to the Portal by students and
parents. The information displayed by
grade level includes the percent of students
and parents that have user accounts, the
number of times they have logged into the
account and the average number of times
they log in each week during the selected
enrollment year.

This is the place to view Teacher Grade Books.
Under System Administration / User Security / Users
You are now in the
teachers grade book
Search for a teacher and select GO.
Click LOGIN AS USER
Once you click on LOGIN AS USER, it will exit your IC account and will
connect you directly to the teachers grade book.
In order to get back to your account, you will need to log off from the
teachers Grade Book and log back in as yourself.
