Remove the zest of the lemons, using a zester or peeler. Place into a jug with the sugar. © British Nutrition Foundation 2006 www.nutrition.org.uk/lifeskills 2. Juice the lemons, placing the juice into the jug. © British Nutrition Foundation 2006 www.nutrition.org.uk/lifeskills 3. Pour the water over the lemon mixture. © British Nutrition Foundation 2006 www.nutrition.org.uk/lifeskills 4. Stir the lemonade together and allow to chill. 5. Serve with ice.
