For camping and self catering buildings, balances must be paid in full
before departure. For Main Hall accommodation, the balance should be paid
2 months before your visit.
Campsites are subject to a minimum charge per night.

All bookings should be made on the booking form provided. A deposit is
required to confirm a booking. Deposits should be paid within one month of
making a reservation.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of
customer cancellation.
Any balance due is payable before departure, or by invoice if agreed in
advance.
Customers who cancel bookings will be liable for the following charges:
Up to 90 days before the arrival date - loss of all deposit paid, nontransferable
60-90 days before the arrival date - 50% of total charge, payable within
30 days of the cancellation date
Less than 60 days before arrival date - 100% charge, payable within 30
Days of the cancellation date
Users are therefore advised to take out insurance against this possibility.

Waddow Hall reserves the right to cancel a booking in circumstances which
amount to a ‘force majeure’.
No refund can be made in respect of a stay terminated before due
departure date.
