talented learner’s unique abilities, talents, interests and socio-emotional needs
by creating and implementing a rich, differentiated curriculum that offers
students opportunities to aspire to reach high academic achievement and
stimulate their intellectual curiosity. Classroom experiences will lead to college
and career readiness by engaging students in meaningful research, developing
independent, critical and creative thinking skills and problem solving strategies.

Test pick-up will be on Monday,
November 28th at our office:
345 Plato Blvd. East, Suite 625
7:30 – 5:00 p.m.

Schedule Testing Time
• Try to schedule testing time
between Monday and Thursday.
Save Friday and Monday as
make-up days and days to check
over booklets for blank pages,
stray marks, etc.

Returning Tests
• Erase stray marks in barcode
border
• Darken light “bubbles”
• Separate grade levels with a
yellow cover sheet found in your
testing envelope.

• Pack tests in original boxes
• Do not use rubber bands!!!
• Label unused bubbled test booklets as follows:
– Absent Student
– Student Moved
– Exempt Student

• Return the following items in the large clear
envelope labeled with school name:
– Teacher’s manuals
– Translated directions
– Irregularity Forms
– Unused Kindergarten practice tests
– TESTING IN PROGRESS - DO NOT
DISTURB signs
– All unused student tests
