Eligible applicants for the PRI SGA
A Faith-based or Community-based
organization (FBCO)
Located within or have a staff presence
within the urban community that is the
focus of the grant application
Applicants must demonstrate that its
organization is an FBCO

National and regional FBCO’s need to meet
the same eligibility
Urban communities are those that are
located within Urbanized Areas or Urban
Clusters as designated by the Census
Bureau in the 2000 Census

Eligible Participants
Individuals 18 years and older who have
been convicted as an adult
Never been convicted of a violent or sex
related offense
90% of the participants should be enrolled
within 180 days after release from prison
or a halfway house

implement the PRI grant project in

SGA

Panels prepare a report for each
