2014 A Designers Carnival 29th & 30th Nov N Conventions; Hyderabad “Glitz n Colours” is a Hyderabad based event management company that is looking to provide the Talented Independent Apparel & Accessory designers in India and the offbeat Creative people a great platform to showcase their talents and build their markets for the future. Why Sponsor? As a Featured Sponsor, You would be prominently featured to the crowd of an estimated 5000 people, a majority of whom are part of your target market. Event Itinerary Event Promotion Begins: Nov 10th, 2014 Sponsorship Commitment or Response Deadline: Nov 1st, 2014 Sponsorship Fees Deadline: Nov 5rd , 2014 Event Date: Nov 29th & 30th , 2014 No. of designers setting up stalls: 35no’s or more. No. of people expected to walk in to the event: 3000 to 4000 no’s Marketing for the event will be done in the following ways: * Hoarding in prime location * Banners * Flyers * Print Media * Radio Airtime *Internet Marketing *Invites to Page 3 Celebs * Sale of Entry Passes All promotional campaigns will run concurrently up until the day of the event. GOLD SPONSOR Our Gold Sponsor is viewed as our key partner at the event and will receive high level branding and exposure to the audience of your potential client base: 1) Naming rights for the Event. (i.e. Sponsor’s Name “Fashion Extravaganza”). 2) Recognition as Gold sponsor on all publicity and registration material. 3) Optional corporate gifting at event – sponsors cost; 4) Two Company Signage's / banners shall be placed in prime areas of the venue; 5) Category exclusivity at the event. Shall be given a space of 10ft X 10ft X 8ft for setup of a stall for either Display or Sale of your brands’ products. And no similar Products shall be allowed to be sold by others at the event. 6) Hundred Entry Passes to the event shall be given as complimentary. Investment: Rs 7,00,000 SILVER SPONSOR As a Silver Sponsor, your organization will receive considerable exposure and recognition through the following benefits: 1) Recognition as Silver Sponsor on all publicity and registration material. 2) Optional corporate gifting at event – sponsors cost; 3) One Company Signage / banner shall be placed in the venue; 4) Category exclusivity at the event. Shall be given a space of 8ft X 8ft X 8ft for setup of a stall for either Display or Sale of your brands’ products. And no similar Products shall be allowed to be sold by others at the event. 5) Fifty Entry Passes to the event shall be given as complimentary. Investment: Rs 6,00,000 BRONZE SPONSOR As a Bronze Sponsor, your organization will receive considerable exposure and recognition through the following benefits: 1) Recognition as Bronze Sponsor on all publicity and registration material. 2) Optional corporate gifting at event – sponsors cost; 3) One Company Signage / banner shall be placed in the venue; 4) Category exclusivity at the event. Shall be given a space of 4ft X 4ft X 4ft for setup of a stall for either Display or Sale of your brands’ products. And no similar Products shall be allowed to be sold by others at the event. 5) Thirty Entry Passes to the event shall be given as complimentary.
