Healthy living
My name is Kristina. I lead a healthy life. I do sports
and to keep my shape. My favourite sports are:
swimming, boxing and horse riding. I have three
purposes.
1 purposes: I eat healthy food. There are a lot of
vitamins in fruits and vegetables: oranges, green
peppers, onions, nuts, milk, meat, eggs, potatoes,
tomatoes and etc.
They necessary for my eyes, for my nervous
system, for my building bones and teeth, for my
skin and body, for my human blood. Vitamins
make people healthy, strong, optimistic, happy
and nice.
I don’t eat chips, fast food and drink Coca-Cole
2 purposes: I sleep 12 hours every day. I get up at 7
o’ clock in the morning and do exercises.
3 purposes: I go to a sports club every day. I can
jump, run and swim.
But sometimes I have a flu. I have got a sore
throat, I have a runny nose, toothache,
headache, stomachache, backache and I have a
temperature.
When I’m ill I don’t go to school. I sit at home I
can watch TV, I can rest and sleep. I eat
fruits, vegetables because we find many
vitamins, they responsible for my health and
drink hot tea with lemon and honey. I don’t
drink cold milk and water and also I take
medicines.

When I’m ill my mother take care of me. I don’t wash
dishes and cook food. In my future life I don’t want
to become a doctor, because I’m afraid to
responsibility.
I need a sports to be strong, brave, athletic, happy
future life.
