to develop necessary coping mechanisms to deal with these changes.
The new claims management system automates all RAF activities leading to a reduction in manual
work

Outcome
To create awareness and to build the knowledge, skills and correct
attitude to allow participants to bounce back from setbacks and
difficulties in their personal and business lives.
The following questions should be addressed in realising the learning outcome:
• What is resilience?
• What does assertive behaviour include?
• In which contexts can resilience be perceived?
• How do people handle setbacks and difficulties and what are their own perceptions
and self-insight regarding their reaction to these experiences?
• Which human qualities and other factors allow people to bounce back from setbacks
and difficulties?
• Provide tools on how the RAF staff can build and sustain the knowledge, skills and
attitudes acquired (on a personal and business level)
