Date of Birth

 He was born December 21, 1879 in Gori, Georgia which at the time was part of the Russian Empire In a Country named Syria.

Job

  Mr. Stalin was the ruler of the U.S.S.R from 1924 to 1952. 29 years. Political Cartoon

Notoriety and Accomplishments

He was thought of as one of the most murderous dictator’s ever.

His reign of terror caused the death of 10 million people, but he also oversaw the War Machine.

On top of all of that he was so murderous and bad that at a young age he got the nickname “Man Of Steel”

Family and Children

He had wives'. His first wife was Ekaterina Svanidzl, who died of tuberculosis (which is a lung disease caused by bacteria). His second wife was Nadezhada Alliluyeva who Stalin led to kill her self before the revolutionary in 1917. His Father was Vissarini Ivanovich Dzhugashvili. His father was a cobbler which at the time was a shoemaker. His mother was a serf which is a worker or servant. He had three children Yakov,Vasily and Svetlana.

Children’s Deaths

Yakov died in a German Prison during World War II.

Vasily Died in a car accident in 1962.

Svetlana changed her name to Alliluyeva and came to America and nobody recorded the date she died

Education

  Stalin Never graduate instead he devoted his time to the revolutionary movement against the Russian monarchy. His father wanted him to take up his profession but he already had is mind set on the Government. Him at a young age first entering the party

Bio

 His real name was Iosif Vissarionovich Dzhugashvilli.He liked the name Joseph Stalin and it was just a nickname that meant “man of steel” that nickname stuck and after the Russian Revolution and he went by that name for the rest of his life.

Date of Death

 He was 73 years of age, and suffered a brain hemorrhage and died at 9:50 p.m. on March 5, 1953. In Moscow, Russia
