You must be registered in E-Way to order online through this program. If you have received your User ID and Password, Go to

Backorders

Item availability is noted in E-Way when you place your order.

Backorders will be noted on your Pack Slip.

Backorders are normally delivered within 1-3 business days.

Backorders will automatically ship as soon as the product becomes available. There is no need to reorder.

Backorders are never billed before they ship.

If an item will be unavailable for an extended period of time, you may be contacted by Customer Care for appropriate action.

In the unlikely event that you have not received your backordered item* within five business days, contact Corporate Express Customer Care at

Urgent or Emergency Orders

If you absolutely need a product overnight (i.e. last minute presentation or unexpected project due yesterday), you should always call Customer Care to check on product availability. If we don’t have the product, we can work to find it or suggest an acceptable alternate solution.

Missing Items

Inspect your order carefully against packing list upon arrival.

Review order to see if item is actually missing or has just been backordered or the part number has changed.

Contact your Customer Care Team by fax or phone; they will insure the problem is corrected.

Report Order #, Item # and Quantity from packing list.

Report the item received in place of your missing item, if any.

RETURN PROCESS

RETURNS ARE EASY! JUST LET US KNOW: •

On-Line:

Return to the On-Line ordering site, select Returns from the menu, complete the information, and submit your return request.

By Phone

(1.800.936.6298): Have your packing list ready when speaking to Customer Service as your customer number, order number, items to return, a reason for your return, contact information and method of return will be required.

By Fax

(1.888.936.6302): Circle the item(s) on your Packing List and fax it to us requesting a return. Include a cover sheet with your reason for the return, the quantity and item number(s), and your contact information including phone number.

• • What Happens Next? Customer Service promptly will issue a Return Request, which is given to your delivery driver who will pick up your return during the next scheduled delivery. Or, your return will be picked up using the original delivery method (for instance, FedEx or UPS). You will receive credit for the item(s) returned upon verification of condition received.

RETURN POLICY

Corporate Express has a clear and consistent return policy to support your needs…

• Please return products in re-saleable condition (original, unmarked, sealed package)

within 30

days of receipt of your order. (Returns over 60 days old may incur a restocking charge) • Please inform Corporate Express of any shortages or damages as soon as possible. Requests received after 48 hours may not be honored.

• For health and safety reasons, food, beverage, or first aid items are not returnable.

• Corporate Express can only issue credit for items purchased from Corporate Express.

• Corporate Express makes every effort to be fair and reasonable with regard to returns. If you have any questions, please contact your Corporate Express Customer Care Specialist at

TONER RECYCLING Toner Recycling is Important to the Environment Please help us by returning your empty toner cartridges to Corporate Express

Toners may be recycled two ways!

Contact your Corporate Express Customer Care Team to have a pick-up scheduled. You may call or fax your request!

• Simply inform a uniformed Corporate Express Delivery Driver that you have empty toner to be picked up.

Please return toners in their original packaging as this will protect the toner during transit and reduce waste!

INKJET RECYCLING

Corporate Express will make a donation to JA Worldwide (Junior Achievement) for every eligible inkjet cartridge we receive.

Any used, non-Epson, inkjet cartridge qualifies for our JA Worldwide donation fund. Approximate donation is $1.00 - $1.50 per cartridge depending on the particular item.

Simply place your empty

inkjet

cartridge in a

gold JA Worldwide envelope (provided with each new cartridge) and drop it in the mail.

Special bins may also be provided at your various offices to drop off your inkjet cartridges.

HELPFUL HINTS

Here are some things to keep in mind to help make the ordering process quick and easy…

• Use E-Way or the current Corporate Express Sourcebook to assure that your items are available.

• Make sure that all the information in your order (including name, phone number, cost center/department #, and shipping address) is correct before you send it.

• If you need an order the following day, make sure to place the order before 5PM local time.

• Be sure that the quantities and units-of-measure are accurate on your orders before submitting (

Here are some E-Way features that will help make your online shopping experience a pleasant one…

• ADVANCED SEARCH FILTERS can greatly reduce the number of results a search will yield, making it much easier to find a specific product. For example, you can search for only contract items, recycled items, or only items in your own or your company’s order history. • THE “ITEM NOTE” FIELD can be used to help organize each item in your order. For example, enter the person’s name for whom the item is being ordered. This information will appear on your packing slip for easy reference when the order arrives.

• SHIPPING STATUS allows you to track the status of your order and verify who signed for your delivery and when they signed for it. Go to “MY ORDERS” • “MY ORDERS” provides easy access to your orders submitted through E-Way.
