“…Since I started working here, I have learned that data
and goals play an important role for students, parents,
and staff…”
“…I’ve been teaching 22 years and I look back to my last
two years here at Mesa, and I love being a new teacher
again. Our new approach has made me a better teacher
than I thought possible…”
“…The students are beginning to understand what all
the data are about and are taking ownership of their
learning by becoming motivated to get to the next
level…”
“…Working and sharing together has also strengthened
my self-confidence allowing me to grow as a teacher
leader…”
“…Since we began using Baldrige, collaboration with
colleagues has been high. As our principal, you have
provided many opportunities for us to come together.
Before, the work I did with others was minimal. I found
that working together was one of the best methods for
achieving goals…”
“…As we have been taking baby steps to learn this new
Systematic Approach, our school has become aligned to
one goal, to make AYP!”
“We will be a school district that is noted
for two characteristics: our
commitment to promoting the success
of every student and our continuous
discontent with the immediate present.”
