1 Thessalonians 5:18
God’s will
In every thing give thanks: for this is the
will of God in Christ Jesus concerning

But how can you be Thankful?
When you have nothing to be thankful
about?
Unanswered prayer?
Illness, poverty, bills?
Alone?

Enables us to Face life buoyantly
As we become aware of God’s
Mercies streaming on us
From heaven and
From fellow man
Thanksgiving Recognizes
Where all good things come from

Thanksgiving is

Spiritual thermometer
Medicine for grief
Comfort for distress
Encouragement for trials
