Liaisons or Coaches
Florida
Reach Liaisons & Coaches are college staff
who are more aware of the issues and concerns of
foster youth and know how to navigate their college
system
Florida Reach Plans to:
Identify a Liaison or Coach at every public institution
Host an annual conference and regional training
opportunities
Support statewide data collection and evaluation
Work towards the Lumina Goal of increasing the
number of students from foster care who obtain highquality degrees and credentials to 60% by the year
2025
