GENEVA PETROLEUM CLUB STUDENT AWARD 2012

Association de professionnels du pétrole basée à Genève, le Geneva Petroleum Club (GPC) souhaite encourager les futurs talents de l'exploration et la production pétrolière (upstream).

A cet effet le GPC lance un concours récompensant un étudiant des Universités de Genève ou Lausanne. Un prix de

2'500.- CHF *

sera attribué à la recherche la plus prometteuse en matière d'exploration et production pétrolière.

Ce prix, remis annuellement, sera décerné à un travail écrit effectué dans le cadre d'un Master, d'un Doctorat ou en vue d'une publication dans une revue internationale. Les candidats doivent envoyer leur manuscrit avant le 28 février 2013 au secrétaire du GPC ([email protected]) accompagné d'une lettre de recommandation du professeur ayant dirigé la recherche. L'ensemble des candidatures sera évalué par un jury de professionnels composé de trois membres du GPC. Tout dossier incomplet ou reçu après la date de clôture des inscriptions ne sera pas pris en compte.

The Geneva Petroleum Club (GPC), an association of oil and gas professionals based in Geneva, wishes to encourage talented students in petroleum exploration and production (upstream).

Therefore the GPC wishes to promote an award rewarding a student from the Universities of Geneva or Lausanne . Prize money of

2'500.- CHF *

will be attributed to the most promising research in the field of petroleum exploration and production.

This prize, awarded on an annual basis, will be attributed to research manuscript carried out in the framework of a Master or a Ph.D. or to a manuscript submitted to an international journal. Candidates must send their research manuscript before February 28th, 2013 to the secretary of the GPC ([email protected]) accompanied by a letter of recommendation of the professor who supervised the research. Applications will be evaluated by a jury of three professionals belonging to the GPC. Any incomplete application or any application sent after the deadline will not be considered.
