What is the Culture of Student Success?
 A culture reflects the character of an organization.
 A culture is the sum total of the values, customs,
traditions, and beliefs that shape the behavior of the
organization members.
 A culture of student success is to create such a
character within the organization and incorporate
student success in the organizational values, customs,
traditions, and beliefs.
 A culture of student success is to foster an
environment in which everyone associated with the
organization contributes to student success.

culture of student success to increasing completion
 Students who persist
 Feel connected to their institution
 Are invested in their education
 Believe their institution is equally committed to its students
